the lower levels of the company hierarchy, so that the change
planned with the company leaders may be faster.

interventions and aim at supporting business
change in structures and operational dynamics, especially when a
new frame of mind is required of the company key figures. A training course deals
with topics such as systemic
leadership, change in reference
values and communication based on listening.
